Those Day Are Gone
Terry Sedore
“Those Days Are Gone” is a nostalgic reflection on youth, friendship, freedom, and the moments that shape who we become. The song looks back on simpler times, backroads, bonfires, loud radios, first guitars, and nights that felt endless, while recognizing how life changes as we grow older.
I wrote this song as a reminder that even though those days may be behind us, the memories, lessons, and people from that time still stay with us. It’s about appreciating where we came from, holding onto the good moments, and realizing that growing older doesn’t mean losing who we were.
Musically, I wanted the song to feel warm, honest, and uplifting, something that captures both the emotion of looking back and the gratitude of still carrying those memories forward.
